Cancellation Policy

Workshop Policy – Private Group Booking Booking & Payment • This service allows you to book a private 5-hour workshop for up to 12 participants. • The total price for the session is $1500 and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling • You may reschedule or cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop for a full refund or credit towards a future date. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another organizer or group with prior approval. Workshop Details • The workshop will be led by an authorized CVT teacher and tailored to your group’s needs. • The session can include technique training, vocal effects, individual feedback, and group exercises. • The organizer is responsible for ensuring participants arrive on time and are ready to start. Missed Sessions • As this is a single-event booking, no refunds or make-up sessions are provided for absent participants. Organizer’s Rights • We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund or future date offered. By booking, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms above.
